Insurer workspace

For insurers

See your brokerage relationships and the business they place with you, without stepping into their internal workflows.

Insurer accounts and organizations are set up by the platform team. Brokerages accept invitations before records are shared.

Your network, from the insurer's perspective

Linked brokerage overview Search linked brokerages and review policy, claim, and open-case counts from your insurer dashboard.
Shared policies and cases Read policies and case or claim details for your organization's active broker relationships. Internal broker notes and unrelated client records stay private.
Premium and commission visibility Review recorded gross premiums and expected and received commissions, grouped by currency rather than combined into a single total.
Brokerage invitations Invite an existing broker by account email or invite a new brokerage by name, email, and agency name. New brokers choose their own passwords.
Relationship controls Suspend a relationship or approve or resume one that has already been accepted, with a recorded reason. Suspension stops shared access without cancelling policies or disabling the brokerage.
Relationship audit history Review the history of relationship changes. Financial and claim records are read-only; insurer access does not permit claim approval or ledger posting.
